Industrial-Organizational Psychologist & People Analyst
I am an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist working as a People Analyst at Google.
My current work focuses on conducting research on HR process outcomes and assessing for equity across different demographic groups. I operate as an internal consultant, advising partners that work across many HR functions, including performance management, compensation, and staffing. Previously, I spent five years working on selection and assessment at Google and JetBlue Airways where I worked on the development and validation of selection systems for pilots, flight attendants, software engineers, corporate employees, and more. I received my PhD in Industrial-Organizational psychology from the George Washington University.
