I am a doctoral candidate studying Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the George Washington University. I am currently working as a Scaled Assessment Specialist at Google while I finish my dissertation.
I love using data to solve problems and produce better outcomes in personnel selection. My research focuses on understanding how organizations can best use new technologies to enhance outcomes in the areas of selection and recruitment. I am currently working on studies that examine video-recorded interviews, developing a new way to measure computer self-efficacy, and developing a better understanding of how people choose their career interests.
